Application of Rebar cold forging Machine-
This machine is used for forge or buldge TMT bar end by pressing Method so that final diameter can be increased before threading Operation.by which tensile strength can be increased.
Process involved in Cold forging splicing:
Facing Operation - TMT / Rebar to be cutted at Right angle by angle Grinder Machine so that it should be perfect straingt.
Forging Operation - This is second opertaion in Cold forging splicing ,end of TMT bar is buldged means diameter at end will incraese.
Threading Operation-This opertaion is last oprtaion in which final threading is made by using Roll thread system.
