How Rebar coupler can be made on CNC Machine:
Raw Material :EN 8 D or EN 9
Cutting Process: we have to first cut the round solid bar into desired sizes by Cutting machine.
Drilling Process:We have to make Drills in solid bar to make threading.
Chamfering Process: chamfered to be done at end part of coupler in both side.
Turning process :Outer diameter to be turned for finish
Threading Process:Threading to be done on CNC machine directly.
